THE PROCESS

First and foremost, the trip design process is always personalized. I listen to understand your vacation travel style, specific preferences and desires, and your inspiration to to travel.  The outcome may be a highly customized land journey, a group land tour with one of my preferred partners, a luxury cruise or yacht journey, a villa rental or a Caribbean all-inclusive resort. The focus is matching you with the vacation experience that is best for you.

STEP 1:  THE CONSULTATION CALL

The design process begins with a trip consultation call that includes collaboration, and a lot of questions, to create a vacation experience that is best suited  for you.  This initial call is complimentary.

STEP 2:  THE PLANNING

LeBam Vacations works collaboratively with clients to curate and handle all aspects of your vacation experience from beginning to end. From airfare to accommodations and tour experiences, as well as travel insurance to protect your vacation investment, I am engaged from the very beginning. This is a significant time investment for a travel advisor, so there is a vacation planning fee beginning at $250 per trip. The fee depends on size of travel group, length of trip, destinations visited and components of the design process.

STEP 3:  THE VACATION EXPERIENCE

As you begin your thoughtfully planned out vacation and experience the world, LeBam Vacations and our partners make sure everything is planned accordingly and running smoothly. 

STEP 4:  FEEDBACK

Shortly after your trip, but after you've had a chance to recover from jetlag, LeBam Vacations will reach out to you to hear all about your vacation. I want to hear all about what you loved and if there is anything you would do differently so that your next vacation journey will be even better!
