First and foremost, my aim is to provide you with personalized service.  I will collaborate with you to find or create the perfect vacation for you.  It may be an ocean or river cruise, an escorted group tour, a luxury villa rental in the Caribbean or the Amalfi Coast, or a customized vacation tailored specifically to your wants. 

As a client of LeBam Vacations, you can expect little things to make your vacation special, because it’s the little things that matter.  Here are some of value-added services, at no additional cost to you, that I provide when you book a cruise, train vacation, villa rental or escorted tour.

• providing you with travel insurance options to protect your vacation investment
• registering you for flight updates
• providing you with information on how to register your international trip with Smart Travel Enrollment Program (STEP) 
• advising you on how to enroll with a TSA or Global Entry program
• ensuring your passport expiration date is within the requirements for your international trip. 
• passport renewal advice
• referral to a concierge passport renewal company if you need passport documents expedited 
• confirming visa and immunization requirements
• researching aircraft specifications for business class tickets so that your seat is completely flat on long haul flights
• ensuring your flight connections are the best available to provide you with a stress free travel experience

LeBam Vacations doesn't specialize in selling bulk food, furniture, tires and travel all under one business.  I am not a membership only, wholesale club; I know your name and focus on one service - planning your memorable vacation.  And Lebam Vacations doesn't have an online booking website or a call center where your call is answered by a different person every time you call; you will communicate with me every time you contact me, and I will remember what we discussed in previous conversations.

LeBam Vacations is delighted to provide customized trip planning.  This includes individualized research for a tailor-made vacation, booking all trip components to include airfare, private transfers, hotel, and tour experiences, and revising your itinerary until it's exactly what you want.  This option begins at $250 per trip.  After an initial phone consultation, this fee is payable at the time I create the first draft of your customized itinerary.  The customized trip planning fee is dependent on the number of destinations, complexity of the trip and number of travelers.  

LeBam Vacations is a full-service boutique travel agency that plans every aspect of your vacation.  If you wish to book airfare using airline reward points, you can do this independently and I can incorporate your flight details into your vacation itinerary.   Hotel reward and Airbnb/independent vacation rental bookings are subject to an additional $50 nightly service fee.
